Coaster enthusiasts can experience brand new rides and some of the most unique roller coasters around.  Younger guests and their families can enjoy kid-friendly rides and attractions and celebrate with their favorite Sesame Street friends at the Sesame Street themed areas in each park.  Animal lovers can spend the day seeing and learning more about animals of all kinds at Tampa’s accredited zoo. Bonus fun abounds with other special seasonal events already underway in the parks. ·       NEW AND NOW OPEN: The newest attraction at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay opened this month - Serengeti Flyer - a screaming swing that is the world’s tallest & fastest ride of its kind. Its twin dueling arms soar progressively higher reaching speeds of 68 mph and a maximum height of 135 feet at the ride’s peak. Guests soar higher and higher above the park's expansive 65-acre Serengeti Plain while experiencing multiple negative-G moments.

·       Not to be missed is the best new roller coaster in 2022, Iron Gwazi.  It is North America's tallest and the world's fastest & steepest hybrid coaster, combining the innovation of a steel coaster and the nostalgia of a wooden coaster. It takes thrills to new heights, plunging riders from a 206-foot-tall peak into a 91-degree drop and reaching top speeds of 76 miles per hour.  Other fan favorite roller coasters include Cheetah Hunt, SheiKra, Cobra’s Curse and Tigris, among others.

·       The fun never stops for young Spring Breakers and their families with kid-friendly rides, shows and attractions. This includes Sesame Street Safari of Fun where little ones can enjoy kid-friendly rides, climbing areas, cool water fun and plenty of memorable adventures with Sesame Street friends.  They can fly through the desert with Grover, climb in Elmo’s Tree House and splash in Bert and Ernie’s watering hole.

·       At the annual Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival, guests can delight in a globally inspired culinary experience featuring 79 chef-crafted and mixologist curates tastes inspired by cultures from around the world.  Also happening during Spring Break weekend are special concerts featuring SWV on March 18 and Dustin Lynch on March 19. ·       Don’t miss special shows and presentations like Turn It Up! Remix, the award-winning ice-skating show where talented skaters, stunning video and projection elements demonstrate the power and beauty of living life to the fullest. Rescue Tails, the park’s newest presentation, will give guests the chance to see amazing animals, hear inspiring stories of rescues and learn more about the importance of conservation in this fun and educational presentation. Some of the animals that guests will have the chance to see include a porcupine, opossum, grey fox, kinkajou, skunk, birds of prey and more.

·       See more than 200 animal species at this accredited zoological facility named by U.S. News & World Report as one of the best zoos in the country.  The 65-acre award winning Serengeti Plain is where guests board an open-air touring vehicle for an off-road wildlife safari to see fascinating animals like zebras, giraffes and ostriches.  Insider tours and animal interactions take guests behind the scenes to learn more about some of the most fascinating residents in our parks including cheetahs, orangutans, tigers, gorillas, penguins, sloths and more. Spring Break Fun at Busch Gardens Williamsburg

·       OPENING SOON: Just voted by USA Today as one of the most anticipated new coasters in 2023, DarKoaster in Williamsburg will be North America's first all-indoor straddle coaster. Traveling on snowmobiles across 2,454 feet of track, daring explorers to race through total darkness while changing course to avoid the elements. As the weather strikes, riders encounter four accelerating launches on this family-friendly dark ride experience. Opening this Spring, Busch Gardens Members will be among the first to ride DarKoaster.  It will join other fan favorite coasters including Apollo’s Chariot, a record-breaking hyper coaster, and Verbolten, an indoor and outdoor multi-launch attraction.

·       Young spring breakers can enjoy kid friendly rides, shows and Sesame Street’s Forest of Fun. Families can swoosh through snow-capped mountains on Grover’s Alpine Express, take a spin on Oscar’s Whirly Worms and journey to new heights on Prince Elmo’s Spire. The fun continues in Land of the Dragons, whimsical land designed with the park’s youngest guests in mind. Enjoy rides on the Flutter Sputter and Bug-a-Dug and climb and explore throughout the land’s play areas.

·       Bonus fun with seasonal events and concerts happening now. Irish spirit, festivity, and green beer fill Killarney Village at Busch Gardens’ St. Patrick’s Day Celebration in Williamsburg.
