A Special Seven Seas Food Festival for SeaWorld’s 60th Anniversary Opens with All-New and Exciting Flavors from Around the World

SAN ANTONIO, TX., (March 19, 2024) – SeaWorld San Antonio’s Seven Seas Food Festival is back starting March 21st for the park’s 60th anniversary with over 45 ALL-NEW menu items from around the world to explore. The city’s biggest and best food festival runs Thursdays through Sundays through May 27th, giving guests plenty of opportunities to sip and sample their way through the 100 international flavors from Brazil, Korea, Italy, Greece, Hawaii, Japan, France, Jamaica, Mexico, and Germany, while enjoying all the 60th Anniversary celebrations happening in the park.

Some of the ALL-NEW food items guests can taste this year include:

  • NEW Kimchi Dog: Kimchi Slaw, aged pepper aioli, gochujang BBQ sauce

  • NEW Griddled Greek Cheese (Kasseri) with Pistachios & Honey: Griddled Kasseri cheese topped with toasted pistachios & honey

  • NEW Kalua Pork Slider with Pineapple Chutney & Kewpie Spicy Mayo: Slow-cooked pork shoulder topped with pineapple

  • NEW Caribbean Chicken Street Patty with Sweet Habanero Chile Sauce: Curried chicken wrapped in a traditional flaky crust drizzled with sweet and spicy sauce

  • NEW Pretzel Bread Pudding with Apples and Brandied Sea Salt Caramel: Pretzel bread and fresh apples baked in vanilla custard then topped with brandy-infused caramel and sea salt

Two country spotlights – Italy and Japan – will also feature ALL-NEW food and beverage options:

Guests navigating through the Seven Seas Food Festival will also enjoy lots of fun entertainment and experiences sprinkled throughout the park. The quirky percussionists the Groove Chefs are returning this year, travelling around the park stirring up sounds from the kitchen and whipping up new beats. Plus, make sure to look out for Chef Stilt Walkers, culinary characters strutting their stuff all while keeping a watchful eye from high above the kitchen. Guests craving a cultural immersion can venture through Mexico, dance, and take in the sights and sounds of fiesta with !Baile Folklorico!, an ensemble group that combines bold and exaggerated dance moves, delicate ballet steps, colorful costumes, and intricate choreography. And, for more cultural experiences, Japan features a Living Garden where topiary comes to life combining human performance art, plants, and water.
