SeaWorld Hosts its First Ever Howl-O-Scream Zombie Walk

On Friday the 13th SeaWorld will open its gates and invite the “undead” to be a part of the first-ever Zombie Walk. This event includes free admission to those who are brave enough to don ragged clothes and transform themselves into the walking dead. (Registration is required to participate and receive free admission.) Participants will sinisterly follow behind SeaWorld’s very own zombies from the infamous Zombie Horde haunt and crawl, shuffle, and parade through the park, officially kicking off a night of terror at Howl-O-Scream. Upon completion, participants will receive a commemorative Zombie Walk medal and can enjoy of night at the biggest, scariest, and screamiest Halloween event in Texas.

  • Participants of SeaWorld’s Zombie Walk must register beforehand at https://seaworld.com/san-antonio/events/zombie-walk/

  • Free admission to the park is included with Zombie Walk participation

  • The total walking distance is less than half a mile

  • In order to receive free admission to the park, Zombie Walk participants must be in zombie costume.

  • Park guests will be allowed to witness the frightening sight on the Howl-O-Scream pathways

  • All ages are encouraged to participate but please note that Howl-O-Scream may be too intense/scary for young children. Howl-O-Scream is not recommended for children under the ages of 13 or the faint of heart 

Upon conclusion of the Zombie Walk , participants can stick around to enjoy additional Howl-O-Scream fun with coasters after dark, scary terror-torries, electrifying song and dance shows, terrifying haunts, specialty-themed bars, and so much more as the spooky celebrations continue.
