Six Flags Discovery Kingdom - First Park of 2020!

Recently, I was able to visit my first park of 2020 (if you don’t count being at Kings Dominion after midnight on new years eve) and it was a great visit to a park that I haven’t gotten the chance to spend a lot of time at, Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo California.

An early arrival was not needed today as it was nearly completely empty.

It was a great day getting to enjoy an empty park and get to see some of the incredible staff at the park show how much they care about the dozens of animals held in the care of the park.

Seeing nearly empty trains was not an uncommon sight on this day!

The low crowds means that there was time to spend learning about the animals who live at the park also!

Even thought its early in the year, the park did already have roped off where their new for 2020 addition will be constructed in the back of the park. The will be building a new spinning roller coaster themed to snakes and will include a new snake exhibit in as well!

This park has a great collection of rides that has only been growing during the past few years and I cant wait to see what they add next! This park is definitely worth a visit!
