This week we were invited to visit Hersheypark to take a ride on its 15th coaster, Candymonium! It is the tallest, fastest, longest (and sweetest!) coaster at the park with it being 210ft tall and dropping as speeds up to 76mph!

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, the Thrill Capital of Northern California, today announced plans to reopen the theme park on July 2, 2020, one of the first to do so in the state. The opening date for Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord will be announced at a later time. In accordance with CDC, state, and local reopening guidelines, the park will reopen initially offering exclusively animal experiences, with no rides. During this reduced capacity period, the park is implementing extensive new safety measures and hygiene protocols, including several new advanced technology systems to protect guests and employees. These procedures will be adjusted on an as-needed basis to ensure compliance with state and local recommendations.

 Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, the world’s largest regional theme park company and the largest operator of waterparks in North America, today announced the biggest planned rollout of Mobile Food Ordering in the regional theme park space. As more Six Flags parks open with new safety guidelines in place, the program offers a minimal to no-contact process with the use of the Six Flags App.

Cedar Point has put stringent health, safety and hygiene protocols in place to allow a safe opening. The park will open initially for Season Passholders only, and shortly thereafter for Cedar Point Resorts guests and guests who have pre-purchased tickets.
